Why private lessons?
Taking private lessons is one of the best ways to make huge improvements, and fast. Your teacher is coach, mentor and personal trainer all in one. You will:

Where and when are lessons taught? What are your rates?

There are currently two locations available, and the first lesson is always free. Lessons are $25/lesson* - 30 minute lessons**

KBS Percussion Studio in Syracuse

• Lessons on Tuesdays thru Thursdays
• Located near Syracuse Arts Academy
• Acoustic drums (Yamaha/DW) and cymbals (Zildjian)
• Electronic drums (Roland V-Drums)
• Acoustic 4-octave xylophone (Adams)

What is your teaching philosophy?

It’s my belief that music makes us better people, no matter what educational, career or life path we choose. Part of the benefit is learning to enjoy working hard, doing it “right” and finding success through challenging oneself.

I also strongly believe that music making should be fun, at least a majority of the time. So we will work hard, learn a lot and have a great time doing it.
